What is a Town-Run?

The Campus Distribution Center sends a driver to town three times a week to pick up inventory to stock the Campus Distribution warehouse.

 

Can I schedule a pick-up?

The Town-Run is available for all BYU-Hawaii departments as well as certain entities that are affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Laie area.

 

How do I schedule a pick-up?

When scheduling a pick-up, please provide us with the following information:

  • Vendors Name, Address and Phone Number
  • Method of payment
  • Requestors name
  • Item descriptions and quantity

 How much does it cost?

The CDC charges a base rate of $10.00 per stop (Effective 1/20/2009). If the size of your pick-up takes up a space of a standard size pallet, the charge to your department is increased to $20.00. The cost increases based on the size of your items.

What is the Town Run schedule?

Effective September 15th, 2008 we are piloting a new schedule. In the calendar below, the yellow highlighted days are when we will be doing a town run. Please plan accordingly.
