Reporting Lost, Stolen or Misused

Immediately notify corporate card system customer service at (888) 449-2273 if the card is lost, stolen, or is being misused.

  • The cardholder’s missing card will be immediately cancelled, and a replacement card will be delivered within seven business days.
  • Also notify your supervisor/manager and Purchasing.
  • Document how the card was lost, stolen, or is being misused. Document when and who was notified.
